Payment Form

You may pay your league fees (Spring or Fall) online through PayPal. Our payment page is a secure, fast, and convenient way to pay all the necessary fees. A small convenience fee will automatically be added to the registration fee. By using our convenient online payment, you agree to accept this small transaction fee.

Roster Form

A completed roster with each player's legal name, phone number, email address, and rating/classification is required when filling out our roster form. Please use a player's legal name as it appears on any valid form of government issue identification. Players must sign the roster prior to the start of their first game.
