CCSL TEAM REGISTRATION PROCESS

Team & Player Registration Process

For Coaches/Managers:

Create a Crossbar Account
Go to Leagues | Team Registration and follow the steps to register your team.
Select a Payment Option
Choose how you'd like to pay the team fee during the registration process.
Accept the Staff Invitation
Once registered, accept the invitation to join as a team staff member.
Invite Players to Your Team Roster in Crossbar
Use Crossbar website (do NOT use the phone app) to manage your roster and send invites to your players.
Remind Players to Register as a Fall Season Player
All players must register for the 2026 CCSL Fall Season and pay the player fee before participating in any league games.
Download the Crossbar App
Access team schedules, send messages, and manage your team on the go.
Submit Roster Ratings Sheet to Jeff Baranczyk - competitiondirector@cactuscities.com

Important: No player may take the field for a CCSL league game without completing registration and payment.

Dec 22 - Fall Team Registration Closes

Team Fee

Register your team for $0 today — the team fee of $575 is due either at the time of registration or as a one-time payment by Friday, January 2.
